I know what it’s like to be busy! You are a business owner with a ton on your plate already! If there were only more tools out there to help you. I am here to tell you that there are free tools that can help manage your social media easier.
Being a solo marketer at one of my previous jobs. I hard to learn how to manage my time and multiple social media channels effectively. I couldn’t rely on anyone to help me. The good part is that I found simple, convenient ways to stay on track.
Businesses benefit from social media management tools because they give you more time to work on what really matters.
I know your time matters! I compiled a list of free social media tools you can use for 2021.
Social Media consists of platforms like Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others. Content creation is big in 2021. People like to see videos and images of businesses.
Buffer is a convenient tool to schedule social media content ahead of schedule. The thing I like best about buffer is that you get up to 3 social media channels to integrate with. The free version includes scheduling up to a week worth of content.
Also, it gives you a simple analytical tool that keeps track of the previous posting engagements. I can’t tell you how much buffer saved me time. I’d spend maybe half an hour a day max scheduling content for the week.
It’s easy and fast to get started too. The pricing isn’t too bad either even if you decide to upgrade to the business version.
Videos are another great way to increase engagement and interest in your brand. If you’re not sure where to look, Adobe Spark is the place to go!
Adobe Spark is a web-based application that is an introduction to the Adobe Cloud Suite.
Adobe Spark is another free tool. I see it being useful for people who really don’t want to spend too much time video editing. I like it because you can create content like videos or slideshows. It has a pretty neat editing tool too. The premade slideshows make it easy for you to create content in minutes.
It’s been a lifesaver for me. I use it for YouTube videos. In a couple of minutes, you can drag and drop your content to create beautiful videos. You can add voiceovers too! It’s probably the coolest of the features that I enjoy.
Did I mention that it allows you to save your brand colors and logo? If you want to stick to a theme, I recommend using Adobe Spark.
Pixabay – Royalty-Free Images and Videos
A royalty-free image or video saves you the headache of a copyright claim. The last thing you want is to be potentially sued for stealing content.
If you’re unsure where to get content for your videos, I recommend Pixabay. Pixabay hosts a library of free royalty images and videos that are high quality.
Pixabay has a library of over 2 million photos. If you combine it with Pixabay, Adobe Spark, and Buffer, you have an arsenal of tools to create content plus schedule it too!
Do you want to keep track of your social media growth? You can try out Cyfe. I love this tool. It’s in the arsenal of tools I use for myself. Cyfe is a free business dashboard where you can integrate your social media channels too.
It includes pie charts, graphs, and other neat tools that you can use to keep track of your progress. The best way to know something is working is by keeping track of it. It’s a live-update dashboard that keeps track of historical data.
Businesses can integrate Stripe and Paypal too. In one convenient platform, you’ll have a complete overview of your business performance from both revenue and marketing.
I spent time using other tools too. I chose these tools because they were simple, quick, and integretable. These tools give you a full-cycle social media management kit. which include content creation, content, video creation, and analytics. They’re one-hundred percent free.
